After two sellout concerts, legendary violinist Peter Knight (ex Steeleye Span), returns along with Roger Flack (guitar) & Sacha Trochet (percussion) for a third post lockdown gig in the church hall.
Taking self-penned material along with music rooted in the British Isles and beyond, with the flick of a bow, a finely chosen chord or a slip of a beat, Gigspanner produce richly atmospheric arrangements.
Maverick magazine wrote “Gigspanner are pushing at the boundaries, expanding the possibilities and in the process making some of the most beautiful music the genre has to offer.”
Gigspanner have announced that the trio line-up will not be touring in 2023, so this will be the last chance to see them for over a year
All profits from this concert will go to the continuing hall refurbishment project.
We will, of course, follow any covid regulations and guidelines that might still be in place.
