We welcome Peyman Heydarian & The Voice of Santur to the new Jamboree in King's Cross, playing a unique performance of Persian and Kurdish music. Born in Shiraz, Iran, Peyman is a world-renowned virtuoso of santur, creating cuttingly romantic and evocative rhythms and harmonies.
On this night Peyman will also play the daf, the Kurdish frame drum which is popular around Iran. His band will include Jamie.earth on kaman-tar and Alex on tonbak.
Support on the night comes from Ayshegul and Cabbar.
