Social dance with a French accent for beginners through to experienced. If you don't know how to do it someone will help you :-)

Bof! is a four-piece band specializing in traditional French and Breton dance music featuring Val Woollard (Bagpipes, Recorder, Flute, Desk bells), Simon Haines (Diatonic accordeons, Vocals), Phil Lyons (Acoustic guitar, Bass guitar, Vocals) and Breton singer Gwendal Moële. For 20+ years Bof! has played in folk clubs, for dance groups and at festivals in England and France, as well as organising regular French and Breton dance workshops and public dances in East Anglia.
Bof! will be supported by Duo Mistral, with their expertise in music and dance from Auvergne, Bourbonnais and Correze and Breizh to Béarn, and by our lovely regular On Bouge musicians.
Please bring nibbles and booze to share.
