Underachievers present....Schwervon! All the way from New York City.

All the way from New York City, Underachievers now bring you SCHWERVON! who we are completely convinced will be the next one in this line of great names to go down in Saki folklore! Touring here with their 4th album-, "Low Blow", musical partners aswell as romantic, Matt Roth and Nan Turner, make music for no other reason than the sheer joy of what they can produce. Something that becomes very apparent in their live show.

They've toured regularly with the likes of Jeffrey Lewis and Kimya Dawson and are a very critically acclaimed (see press below) part of that fantastic NYC DIY music scene, drawing influences from their anti-folk contemporaries aswell as bands like Pixies, to make a beautifully fun indie-pop racket.

Quite simply put, a band this awesome, in a venue this size is not be missed out on! Especially when support comes from an amazing UK equivalent cult outfit like THE LOVELY EGGS and Manchester's indie-pop pioneers AMIDA. Especially when advance tickets for this gig are just £5!
