Vortex Eclectica presents
Trembling Bells
Trembling Bells have been leading a giddy dance over the summer playing with folk heroes The Incredible String Band at Joe Boyd's 'Witchseason Weekender', at The Barbican, The Green Man Festival and clubs and pubs up and down the country.
Their 'Honest Jons' debut album is clearly one of the albums of the year, brimming with old and new music and full of life and love.
The TB's are Glasgow based musical outfit, put together by the drummer/singer/whirlwind Alex Neilson and are a band that can play around with musical forms and history with a liquid-like tenacity, 'alive to the moment' spirit, but great reverence as well.
