Few of us, if any, could claim never to have listened to and been influenced by the music from across the Atlantic that has been hitting our radios, CD players and smart phones during our lifetimes. The very foundations of rock’n’roll, blues and country are rooted in American society. For your entertainment tonight, we have invited 5 local acts to bring you their interpretations of some of the work of songwriters, Paul Simon, Neil Young, John Prine and more. We’ve deliberately excluded the work of Bob Dylan as his songs were the subject of a special concert at York House back in 2022. So, come along on Saturday 13 April and be treated to some extracts from the soundtrack of your lives! We look forward to meeting you there.
