A Live-Cooking Supperclub event in London!

Event information

After numerous requests from guests to hold cooking demonstrations I have decided to go 'Live' for a few courses of the Lunch. Devour the food along with watching it being cooked in front of your eyes !

You will be served gourmet Indian food comprising of specialities from the four corners of India. I won't reveal much here to retain the surprise element when you visit :) overall its a 5 course vegetarian menu.

1st course
One of the trickiest of Indian savouries to be cooked 'wowed the guests last time'

2nd course
One of the most popular dishes from the South of India and it will be served with coconut chutney and simmering 'sambhar' -Will be prepared live in my open-plan kitchen for each guest to watch!

3rd course
A lip-smacking 'chat' Indian street food' expect irresistible flavors (tangy, sour, sweet...) and textures

4th courses
Grand Indian Thali...yes the whole thing... lachha roti, subzis with an array of spices,layered rice,raita, papad etc etc

'The celebration sweet of India' ...infused with the most aromatic of spices saffron & rosewater - Live in my open plan kitchen!
