The Neat & The Incredible Flight Of Birdman

Following the success of WET's first gig in January, which sold out in four days, we're pleased to announce round two. Headlining are Our Lost Infantry, the second band to release on WET with their appropriately incendiary debut single The Arsonist/Scissorfight (out June 7). Already gaining a fearsome live reputation, they've supported the likes of Sky Larkin, Grammatics and Johnny Foreigner.
Also playing are The Neat - the Hull band who are the first act to sign to Chewing Gum, a record label started by Kaiser Chiefs drummer Nick Hodgson and bassist Simon Rix. Don't come here expecting Kaiser-style pop: The Neat are no strangers to hooks, but theirs is a more vicious, punkily twisted proposition, as can be heard on the short, sharp shock of their debut single In Youth Is Pleasure.
The night also sees the welcome return of The Incredible Flight Of Birdman, whose single Where I Can't See You launched WET. Their flamboyance is only matched by the size of their tunes, as anyone lucky enough to see them at our launch show will testify.
