On his way back from war, Macbeth learns his destiny, and his path seems set. Driven by ambition, and encouraged by his wife, Macbeth seizes power. How long can it last?
In a world where drones circle overhead, and someone is always watching, how can anyone be trusted? Who can Macbeth trust? When one action leads to another, how long can a person survive before the ultimate fate intervenes?

The Rose Playhouse, Bankside’s first theatre, 1587.
The Rose is an indoor archaeological site, it is advisable to dress with an extra layer as there is no heating. There are also no toilets so please use those at Shakespeare’s Globe just a few hundred meters away.
