The first ever ECLECTICA event will take place in Manchester UK over a 2-day period.

This launch event will focus on the music & live performance industries. As well as inviting bands, DJs and performers to perform live, we will also hold onstage interviews with female artists. While showcasing their talents and work, women in these industries will have a chance to meet each other and educate visitors on the realities of their careers. The aim is to empower women who wish to enter, move forward in, and ultimately lead these industries, as well as provide a unique opportunity for people from the arts and business communities to meet each other in person.

ECLECTICA is a new longterm non-profit project advocating equality for women and minorities in all industries. With the help of SHATTERJAPAN (www.shatterjapan.com) and STAGESURFING (www.stagesurfing.org), the project has already become a collaborative and international venture.
