‘Sonic Blooms’ is a double album compilation of the UK's finest emerging alt-folk and new roots music, to be released November 27th by Folk & Honey, a new label created by the UK's leading folk gig listing site. ‘Sonic Blooms’ has been curated by leading alt-folk promotors New Roots. The album will be launched with this very special gig at the iconic The 100 Club on Oxford Street on November 27th, featuring Low Chimes, Leonie Evans, Adam Beattie, Tobias Ben Jacob. Ferris & Sylvester, Samantha Whates, Robert Chaney & MG Boulter. Think of it as more 'The First Waltz' than the Last Waltz!!
This is a not-for-profit enterprise, Every penny generated from this launch and from album sales goes directly back into promotion. All money received goes back into more press, more radio plugs, more print ads in magazines, more sponsored social media ads, to build more awareness of the se wonderful artists and the emerging UL alt-folk scene they represent.
