A Tribute to Big John Carter

at The 100Club – 6th January 2025

7.30pm doors open, spectacular live piano Boogie Woogie from 8pm til 11pm

Join us for a celebration night of live Boogie Woogie music with colleagues, friends, fans, students and enthusiasts, who all enjoyed the great piano playing of the late Big John Carter, performing their very best at a musical celebration of his life.

An evening filled with his favourite Boogie Woogie and Blues; folk can get together and share some great memories of festivals, clubs and gigs, where Big John was the star pianist.

Big John shone a light on Boogie Woogie for so many people, encouraging and tutoring, educating and developing their knowledge of the Boogie Woogie genre.

This will be a gathering of top musicians, playing the red hot Boogie Woogie he loved, and giving the audience a night to remember at the 100 Club!
