After what seems like an age since our sold out show with Shlohmo and Salva, we return to the Green Door Store alongside Convex Collective hosting two more Brighton debuts for Howse (Tri Angle) and Time Wharp. Both producers are part of the Astro Nautico Collective - arguably the most exciting electronic music scene to come out of the US in recent times, receiving heavy praise from Benji B on his recent BBC Radio 1 New York special.

Providence’s Howse makes dense, woozy electronics, drawing from juke, jungle & ambient sound scapes. His releases on Brooklyn’s hype Astro Nautico label as well as the seminal Tri Angle imprint, have led him to be featured on Pitchfork, Dummy Mag, Fader, Dazed and Confused and receive radio play from Benji B and Mary Anne Hobbs

We have invited him down for an intimate show at the Green Door Store as part of his first European tour

Time Wharp (Astro Nautico/JASS)

Also appearing for the first time in Brighton is Atlanta based producer Time Wharp. Appearing on Astro Nautico as well as his own Jass label, Time Wharp fuses strong synth melodies with rhythmical beats that touch on hip hop, house, juke and 2-step.
