EuroHeedfest is the European version of Heedfest - an annual celebration of the music of indie-rock legends Guided By Voices.

Last year's event saw attendees from all over Europe, and even the home of GBV: Dayton, Ohio. This year even more European countries and American states are set to be represented, even some Australians are expected to make the trip over just for the day, after hearing great stories and viewing online footage of Euroheedfest II. Tobin Sprout and Kevin Fennel from Guided By Voices both sent personal testimonies praising the efforts and quality of Band Of Pricks (the pun-derfully monikered UK GBV tribute band) as they performed over 100 songs in a variety of sets throughout the day.

Band Of Pricks will again be your house band, and this year are set to perform over 120 songs over the course of the day. There will also be a guest set of their favourite GBV tunes from hotly tipped London alt-folk act Joe Innes and The Cavalcade who recently performed a prestigious show at the Royal Albert Hall. Revellers will also get a chance to perform themselves should they wish, in a live karaoke set, and an early open mic section. There will be DJs until late, and of course we have the legendary free BBQ!

We are also delighted to announce a very special guest vocalist who will perform a 45 minute set with Band Of Pricks. Paddy Considine, multi-award winning actor (Dead Mans Shoes) and director (Tyrannosaur), will be performing tracks across the spectrum of GBV frontman Robert Pollard's extensive back catalogue.
