The wonderful world of Astor Piazzolla comes alive with this performance of "L’Histoire du Tango" - the story of Tango told by his original piece for flute and guitar. Follow us and explore how tango went from being the rough but high-spirited soundtrack to bordellos of Buenos Aires in the 1900, the music of cafe life of the 1930, the entertainment at nightclubs of 1960 and finally becoming the modern day concert, merging with other 20th century music styles.
