Swing into summer on a carefree breeze of vintage bossa, salsa and mambo, whipped into a Latin-flavoured cocktail with plenty of hot jazz and sizzling swing delivered by the Foxes' slick and storming house band and team of top vocalists.
The Chapel will be transformed into a heady, mid-century cabaret lounge - so step back in time, order a Cuban cocktail or two and step out for an evening of spicy vintage grooves fronted by host and local jazz legend Gavin Lazarus, in harmonious harness with vocalists Tristan Darby, Natalie Farmer and Tanya Rich.
Half a tonne of luscious, full-bodied rhythm is supplied by Foxes' own sultan of salsa Martin Jenkins on the baby grand, Mark Whitlam (drums), Murph (guitar) and Duncan Kingston (bass). Balmy blasts of brass issue from the lungs of Keith Morgan (sax), Dan Reid (trumpet), and Terry Kelly (trombone); whirling you from Manhattan to Havana and back.
Bring your dancing shoes - this show moves the feet as well as the soul.
