An Escape Plan is the brainchild of Craig Brown former (Mercury Prize nominated) Maps collaborator and Medium 21 guitarist / keyboard merchant. Craig has been around the Northampton music scene since the tail end of Brit Pop.

Known to most by the monicker Arge his special move is slinging his axe on and guesting (stage hogging) during headline bands encores as Death Cab For Cutie, Brendan Benson, The Cooper Temple Clause and Cursive know to their cost. Thus far An Escape Plan have recorded 80% of an album in various attics, barns, warehouses, bedrooms and chicken coups. The band have played a handful of very well received shows, both electric and acoustic. Their new album 'Songs of Scarecrows' is out now.

Michele Stodart

We're extremely lucky to have Michele playing an intimate show for us here in Manchester.

Alongside touring the world, releasing albums with double platinum sellers The Magic Numbers and becoming a mother, Michele has stolen every chance she could get to take her songs into the studio. Written and produced by Michele, with a helping hand from engineer Phil Brown (Talk Talk, Beth Gibbons, Joni Mitchell), to bring us her beautiful debut solo album 'Wide-Eyed Crossing'

Michele and her touring band have took to the stage last year supporting Villagers, Alabama Shakes, Duke Special and Slow Club as well as selling out residencies at London's Boogaloo and Betsey Trotwood.

The Rivertairs

Comprised of Sheep on vocals/guitar, Tom on vocals/guitar, Rev on vocals/bass and Ryan on drums, The Rivertairs are an alternative rock band from Oldham, Greater Manchester, whose live performances are quickly gaining them a loyal fan base. Having recently supported 90s band Space at FAC nightclub, The Rivertairs have been working on their forthcoming EP. 'Manc Review'
