More than just meatballs and roll mops, Scandinavian food is wild, fresh and cooked with the minimum of fuss.
Norse by Norsewest is Disappearing Dining Club's re-imagination of the traditional Scandinavian Smorgasbord, as a stream of tapas style small plates, accompanied by regular slugs of DDC's Swedish Head Chef Fredrik Bolin's home made Aquavit.
Expect the likes of Steak & Beetroot Tartare, Elk Sausage Roll & Juniper Berries, Potato Dumplings with Bacon, Allspice & Lingonberries, Herrings, Anchovies, Potted Reindeer, Oysters & Pickled Cucumber, Roast Swede & Celeriac with Nettles & Marjoram followed by Apple & Cinnamon Jelly, Blueberry Cones, Swedish Punch & Almond Custard.
