Renowned for his exceptional command of slide guitar and a unique flair for penning striking tunes Paul Casey is being talked of among New York's music followers as 'the new cool.' A string of critically acclaimed US performances have resulted in a dedicated following Stateside.
Paul's third album 'Blow Away The Clouds, follows hot on the heeels of the critically acclaimed 'Slow Water.' Last year Paul was special guest on Chris Rea's Farewell Tour. Rea took Paul under his wing after hearing a demo tape and credits for the album's opening track 'Stay' are shared between the young musician and his 22 million album-selling mentor.
Comparisons to David Gray, Damien Rice and Dave Matthews have beeen mooted however Paul Casey is an individual who carves his own niche when song-writing and recording. A tireless worker, a prolific songwriter, an engaging performer, Paul Casey is a musician for fans of real music.
