Pindrop Performances are thrilled to be hosting an evening with A Hawk And A Hacksaw. An unmissable act whose repertoire features a unique mix of modern composition and American and Eastern European folk.Their line up consists of former Neutral Milk Hotel drummer Jeremy Barnes (accordion, vocals and percussion) and Heather Trost (violin, glockenspiel and melodica), plus guest musicians from the Hungarian folk collective The Hun Hangár Ensemble.
In support will be the wonderful Pindrop Chamber Ensemble, performing:
Bartok - Romanian Folk Dances
Shostakovich - Piano Trio No 2
Ligeti - Solo Cello Sonata
A Hawk And A Hacksaw are touring in support of new album, Délivrance, out on the 18th May on Leaf Records.
