Scots singer/songwriter Karine Polwart combines the economy of the folk storytelling tradition with the compassionate lyricism of contemporary music to produce critically-acclaimed songs that are not as easy to pigeonhole as you might imagine. Winner of "Best Album" and twice winner of the "best Original Song" awards on BBC Radio 2,. She will be appearing with Inge Thomson and Steven Polwart.
