Birdhouse Theatre

Birdhouse has been bringing the best in touring UK children's theatre to local non-arts spaces in North East Lincolnshire and beyond, since 2009.

We've engaged thousands of children and families in exciting and inspiring activity, helping to embed arts from an early age and into every day life.

We continue to bring leading theatre companies and a wide range of other quality activity, including story-telling and crafts to children's centres, shopping centres, outdoor spaces, community halls, libraries and other venues.

Birdhouse also produces the Birdhouse Family Festival over the Spring break half term, which offers an excellent range of street theatre, outdoor and indoor shows, story-telling and crafts over a week in the beautiful resort of Cleethorpes.

More recently we have introduced educational live music events and activity often includes participatory elements whereby children can take part or meet the performers (or the puppets!).
