Quarantune Rocks was created on Facebook back in March ’20, when the world was starting to enforce local quarantines (hence the name!) - and those of us with a passion for live music began to realise we might have to do without it for a while!
With no gigs or clubs to go and get our live music fix at, we thought a space like this could provide a place for like-minded fans to hang out, share playlists and discover new music together. Just for a few weeks, until things got back to normal. (You had to admire our optimism!)
Today we are still going strong and 2023 will see our third year of holding a small music festival specifically supporting new and up-and-coming bands, this is run not for profit but for fans and the support of the bands.
