The Green Man Gallery

Independent gallery and arts centre, managed and run by artists, at the centre of Buxton.

Exhibitions of contemporary art and craft on three floors. Workshops, classes and a varied programme of live music, small-scale theatre and spoken word events.

In the evening the ground floor gallery, housed in a former ballroom, can be transformed into a small, intimate venue with a large room acoustic. Available for hire at very reasonable rates.

Wheelchair access to the ground floor.

Large workshop room also available for hire. Suitable for rehearsals as well as workshops and classes. Up one flight of stairs (no lift).

Limited free parking at the gallery. Road parking and Pay and Display car parks close by (free in the evening).
