The Crawdaddy Club in Richmond was originally started by Giorgio Gomelsky as a home for the Rolling Stones and R&B music in Richmond, after the Stones went on to bigger stages and world domination they were followed by The Yardbirds, The Others and provided a place to see the burgeoning talents and future megastars of 60s music including Pink Floyd and Led Zepplin as well as hosting performances by legends like Sonny Boy Williamson and T-Bone Walker.
The Club was relaunched in 2012 by Mike Rivers along with his wife Sylvie, quickly becoming the place to be and continuing the reputation for hosting the best new bands mixed with legendary names and the top blues musicians on the UK scene. Now that legacy is continued by Mike's team who continue to make the Crawdaddy Club the home of great music in Richmond with monthly events showcasing the finest live music.
Our 2025 season starts with a UK Blues Award Nominated act at a new venue.
