In celebration of their 2nd Birthday & after the incredible success of their “Delicious” Festival at Derby Assembly Rooms in July 2010, Heresy n Heelz are back again in Derby, proudly teaming up with the City’s newest & biggest alternative live music venue Redemption, to bring you a spectacular fusion of live music, decadent dance, alternative culture, and of course their legendary cutting-edge burlesque & twisted cabaret stage show.
Dress up in style to impress, titillate or even shock, and join in one of the most decadent nights in the UK. Heresy n Heelz events are legendary for their outrageously dressed crowd and professionally produced and frequently risqué stage shows, not to mention a whole array of stalls, sideshow performers, gorgeous hospitality girls and much much more !
Never being known to do things by halves, & constantly striving to give their guests an even bigger & better experience. Heresy n Heelz now offer their guests a live band for the first time. As it's birthday time, and also happens to be the 25th anniversary year of one of the most memorable glam-rock anthems of all time, we are impossibly proud to present the full 7 piece line-up and unforgettable experience of Doctor & the Medics, so come early, dress to kill, enjoy one of the UK’s top burlesque shows, shop till you drop, drink till you’re merry, then let the Rev. Best Dressed Competition (10.30pm)
Dr Clive will host a "Best Dressed" competition voted by the audience, and with over £500 worth of prizes from our traders & sponsors for the three top outfits voted by the crowd, “Dressing to Impress” shouldn’t need much encouragement
Stalls, Traders & Photo Studio (all pre-12am)
An array of carefully selected traders offering a range of burlesque/alternative clothing & accessories, corsetry & even cup cakes !
