THE CHAPIN SISTERS
Lily and Abigail Chapin, aka The Chapin Sisters, are daughters of three times Grammy winning singer-songwriter Tom Chapin, and nieces of folk music star Harry Chapin (of 'Cat's In The Cradle' fame). Regularly opening for and performing as touring members of M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel’s She & Him band, they create soft gorgeous folk full of pristine harmonies and haunting melodies, recalling appalachian sister acts of old but bringing the sound up to date with elements of indie pop, blues and psychedelic rock.
