Launched in 1982 as the UK´s next big thing in comics, Warrior was an ambitious attempt to redraw the map of comics in the UK that almost made it. Fondly remembered by comics fans around the world, Warrior was a daring mix of traditional and new wave storytelling launching V for Vendetta and Marvelman on an unsuspecting public, underpinned by a host of the UK´s keenest writers and artists including Alan Moore, Steve Dillon, Steve Moore, Gary Leach, Steve Parkhouse, John Ridgway, David Lloyd, David Jackson and Alan Davis.

British and American comics would never quite be the same again.
