July 20th sees the launch of the third Armadillo Records compilation CD, with 3 of the bands featured on the compilation appearing.
Fresh from an acclaimed peformance on the BBC Introducing stage at this years T in the Park, Our Lost Infantry make a triumphant return to the Wilmington. With numerous radio plays by Steve Lamacq, including their last single 'I Love You Sandra Billson (The Last Dance)' the Post-Pop quartet from Aldershot are deservedly starting to attract wider attention, and with new single 'My God, It's Full Of Stars' have garnered praise from many quarters. Support comes Dead Sea Navigators, whose music Artrocker once described as feeling "hungry, depraved and lost in acidic waters" (this is a good thing, for those unsure), and Silent Routine, whose post-punk goodness has already attracted the interest of the BBC in Devon, who have run a feature on them on the BBC website.
