The Palpitations have been winning over fans and critics alike since they
emerged on the London scene, with their single 'Milk It' establishing them
as the new band to watch. They stripped down to the bare acoustics to play
for Spindle and the Brighton Busk during TGE and now we're thrilled to
have them back.

It's been a busy first year for Ursa Minor (Little Bear). Taking their
cues from the golden age of House, their alternative dance pop has already
bagged them supporting slots with Alex Metrick and CocknBullKid. They may
have only been around for a year or so, but they are creating a
respectable buzz.

Debut album's created in bedrooms is practically a given for any band's
biography. Having the name Ken Thomas (M83, Sigur Ros) attached to said
album is not. Man Without Country are creating disarmingly eerie and
melancholy shoe gazing electronica. With Huw Stephens one of their many
early backers, Man Without Country are a hotly tipped band by most for
