Through a series of quick-fire writing exercises designed to get you thinking about the body, we will attempt to get to the heart of the matter in autobiographical, metaphorical, imaginative, even surreal ways. We will read and discuss a variety of published poems and images and time will be given for you to further develop one of your starting points before finally having the opportunity to share it in a readback feedback session.
