OXJAM feat. REVERE + MONOTAXI + THE VIBRANTS + NO MIND
Oxfam’s inaugural festival of gigs running over 31 dates in October raising money to fight poverty. 8 piece Revere headline with their conflagration of post-rock, gypsy marches, film-scores and gospel. Anglo-Frech coterie MonoTaxi blend melody, charm and understated cool, as finely-balanced harmonies sit sensually on a bed of punky synth electronics. Percusive, jangly indie buzz band The Vibrants and indie-scuzz gangsters No Mind complete the bill.
