"The Busking Project's BIG Buskathon!' is our only British fundraising event bringing together some of London's finest Street Artists to the famous Bedford stage for the very first time!

Tony Moore hosts a unique night of amazing acts, original short films and special guests with all proceeds going towards funding The Busking Project.

There will also be very limited edition CDs, T-Shirts, bags, bracelets, and badges on sale!

WHAT IS THE BUSKING PROJECT?
Filming in 40 cities in 30 countries over 10 months, The Busking Project aims to be the first documentary in the world to examine the tough, gritty and politically charged world of street performance on a global scale. We’ve filmed over a hundred buskers, and over a hundred hours of footage, and we're only half way there!


WHY ARE WE HAVING A FUNDRAISER?
The Busking Project is an independently funded documentary that has solely relied on the generous donations of the public to get started. Despite travelling on a shoestring, we desperately need to raise more money to go towards finishing the production of our book, documentary and website. Help us make history!


WHY BUSKERS?
Buskers turn public places into social spaces where we can enjoy shared cultural experiences, make eye contact, laugh and sing. And because it’s crazy that governments make singing in the street ILLEGAL without permission, in almost every city we’ve been to.
