Lips In Sugar- Parisian alt rockers with a post grunge dynamic or 3, but the female vocalist has a nice mix of rock chick and pop soul jazzbo delivery a la Amy Winehouse and all in all they're a smart proposition.
Gaptooth- a very intelligent approach to synthpop rendered warmly inviting in the tonality and depth proffered- exciting new female solo talent..
Magic Mountain- "Dreampop" they say. I say a Depeche Mode meets The XX via Joy Division...
