Grudle Bay
Formed from the partial ashes of the brilliant Winchell Riots, Grudle Bay play stripped down atmospheric electro-acoustic pop tunes with layers of "organic instrumentals", in the vein of Royksopp or Air. In their short existence as a live band they have already managed to play the O2 in Oxford, and last time they played for us the gig sold out! They were picked twice in Nightshift's "Ones-to-watch for 2012", so we are super excited they are playing the Jericho and they have a few surprises planned as it'll be their biggest headline show to date. They will be playing tracks from their long awaited debut EP to be released in the Spring. Check out the rather ace "Fool Around".

My Grey Horse
The rising-stars of Stafford have been perfectly described by www.oxfordmusicblog.co.uk in a recent 8/10 review: "delightfully twee depiction of Middle England whilst straddling elements of American indie, lo-fi and acoustic music". They've been creating quite a buzz with their impressive live sets and their equally impressive great videos for their first two singles. They are now on tour in support of their new Marley Banks EP and have been identified by the BBC's Dave Gilyeat's as one of his favourite bands! Jess Hall
One local promoter (Coo Promotions) selected Jess as a "one to watch for 2012" describing her as "......a gorgeous voice (who) should be checked out for 30 minutes of loveliness." What more can I say? The singer/songwriter plays achingly beautiful tunes reminding us of Eva Cassidy and Laura Marling. Come and be spellbound. Rumour has it she may have some special guests with her. Check out one of our favourite tunes of 2011 "Details".
