It's a 3rd bday party and we've got some of our favourite Oxfordshire bands playing at the infamous Jericho Tavern. Doors at 8pm. First band on at 8.30pm. Buying a ticket here means as well as guaranteed cheap entry (and a free badge!) you also get a free vote!

Deer Chicago
One of our current favourite Oxfordshire bands we tipped Deer Chicago in Nightshift's ones to watch for 2012. So we super excited they've agreed to play our 3rd birthday party! Deer Chicago are an indie-rock three piece combining post-rock soundscapes with driving vocals and a awesomely impressive knack at writing a damn fine tune. In a word their live performance can be best described as epic. Definitely for fans of 'We Were Promised Jetpacks' and those that like the noisier side of Biffy Clyro or Fell City Girl/Ride. Track down their last single "Lantern Collapse".

The Old Grinding Young
Ex-Ute frontman has put a band together, this is that band. Ute were an Oxford band making big waves and building a healthy reputation for their live performance so we are ever so pleased to be able to bring you one of The Old Grinding Young's earliest performances. Dripping with Radiohead influences, expect the unexpected from their live performance. Check out the cheeky teaser of a tune "King Canoe".

Cat Matador
We are super thrilled to have Cat Matador play this, our 3rd Birthday gig. We've been fans for ages and must have played "Down " from their first EP a thousand times - sounding quite like no-one else they could be described as violin/indie/gothic/pop, or just ruddy brilliant.
