Philip Higham, a Philip & Dorothy Green Young Concert Artist, joins St James Orchestra in Elgar's Cello Concerto. This young cellist has won several international prizes, and St James Orchestra is delighted that he is coming to Paisley.
The programme also includes Egmont Overture by Beethoven, Theme from Chariots of Fire by Vangelis (arr. Pasatieri) in celebration of the London Olympics, and Borodin's 2nd Symphony.
