Ginglik's 10th Birthday feat. Wonky Olympics

Event information

Immerse yourself in a delightfully eccentric day of Wonky races and games, live music, comedy, organic BBQ, street art, tattoo parlour, mustache vendor, cupcakes, fire juggling and more shenanigans.

Ginglik is uniquely located in a converted subterranean Edwardian public convenience which was built to serve the spectators of the first London Olympic Games in 1908 nearby at White City. As Ginglik may be the last remaining structural legacy of the 1908 Olympics we thought we'd honor the past and celebrate Ginglik's birthday with our very own Olympics, but a bit Wonky.

After their hugely successful outing at last years Secret Garden Party, Ginglik's friends The Wonky Races Crew have fashioned some delightfully bonkers Olympic events. Expect space hopper races, tug of Wonk, giant egg & spoon race, Wonky triathlon, hula hoop keepy uppies and more, with comedy commentary from comedians Allnutt and Simpson. All alongside live music & DJ's, comedy, a terribly tasty organic BBQ, and many other capers in Ginglik's outdoor Olympic arena on Shepherds Bush Green. Then in the evening more japes and killer beats from bands and DJ's that might just blow you moustache off!

Let the games begin! Participation in the games is not mandatory, but moustache wearing for men and women is a must. Collect your free moustache and go faster sweatbands on entry.

The daytime event starts at 1pm and is free to attend. The evening event starts at 8pm and this is the ticketed event. It will be £10 on the door.
