We are delighted to have Hatful of Rain as part of the Union family and can't wait to celebrate the release of their debut album with them and you!

Please come and join us for the Hatful of Rain Album Launch gig with support from Union artist Zoe Brownrigg.

The band are a British acoustic roots band, steeped in the fiddle tunes and old-time ballads of the Appalachian mountains. They bring together instrumental virtuosity, soaring harmonies, intense performances and an incredibly authentic writing style.

The album is Bluegrass-influenced with a British folk heritage that shines through the original compositions. Songs with a heartfelt, well-worn feel; tales of murder, ballads of love and loss, and up-tempo numbers with exciting interplay between mandolin and fiddle.
Three part vocal harmonies delight on many a chorus, a core part of the ‘Hatful’ sound.
