Continuing with our 10 years of HQ:D&B celebrations, this month we bring you a unique line up showcasing 3 of the UK's brightest D&B talents.

We're delighted to be bringing back an artist who has performed at HQ:D&B many times before in the earlier days and as an MC. Now he returns as a DJ, he goes by the name of MARK SYSTEM (Digital Soundboy, Exit. With well over a decade of professional contribution to the music industry, Mark System is a recording artist for Shy FX's "Digital Soundboy Recording Company". He is a trusted producer, having written some of the most popular Drum 'n' Bass music in the last few years. Mark's discography includes remixes of top 10 singles for Magnetic Man and Rizzle Kicks, alongside underground reworks for Rob Da Bank and Tom Middleton. He regularly performs across the World and is a former promoter of award winning events in London. By officially adjoining DJing to his artistry, a loop in System's musicianship is now complete.

Next up we bring back an artist who made his HQ:D&B debut last year, he is a producer who has recorded on labels such as Metalheadz, Invisible, Critical and Subtitles & more, his ability does not stop in the studio and that's why we have got him back at the soonest possible opportunity, his DJing ability is not to be missed, this man certainly know how to make the part rock, he goes by the name of FD.

And if that wasn't enough for you, we give you the icing on the cake, an artist who is going from strength to strength, he goes by the name of BASSLINE MC. Jazmah Bassline MC’s introduction to jungle and drum n bass goes as far back as 1992/3 when he was first exposed to it by accidentally stumbling across pirate radio. It wasn’t until 2003 though that Bassline first got into MCing. At the time he was a regular listener of London pirate station Rude 88.2fm. Bassline went down to one of their events and asked if he could MC, liking what they heard and his energy and enthusiasm they allowed him to carry on. Moving into 2012, Bassline has worked with most of the drum n bass world’s elite DJ’s and is now resident MC at Rotation, Essence of Chi and Rupture. Bassline also hosts many of the Critical Music nights at venues around the UK including the labels residency at London super-club Fabric.
