Join leading political thinkers and campaigners as they debate the impact of ideas on contemporary politics. Speakers will include Lesley Orr, Action for Children's Woman of Influence 2012; head of Christian Aid Scotland, Kathy Galloway; Ruth Davidson MSP and John Mason MSP. This balloon debate sees one panel member voted off by the audience after each round, giving you the chance to reward rhetorical skill as well as the strength of argument. This debate will be chaired by the Bishop of Edinburgh, the Rt Rev Dr John Armes.
