Un-Peeled - Folk special with Martin Carthy

Un-Peeled is a special series of events in Preston and Manchester to celebrate John Peel Day, exclusively featuring artists who recorded radio sessions for the legendary BBC DJ either in their current or previous incarnations.

This show at The Continental in Preston features folk acts; the stupendous Martin Carthy (14 sessions, including 5 with Steeleye Span); Alasdair Roberts (a session with Appendix Out in 2001), performing an exclusive quartet set with the band he has just recorded his latest, as yet unreleased album, and under the radar psych folker Of Arrowe Hill who recorded a Peel session in 2003.
