Oxjam is a UK-wide music festival in aid of Oxfam. More people attend Oxjam events than go to Glastonbury making it the UK's largest Music Festival! This year it is taking place in over 35 cities in the UK in October and it's entirely run by keen volunteers who know and love their local music scene, are passionate about Oxfam's work and want to make a difference in the live of others.
This MULTI-VENUE all-dayer event was launched in Cambridge for the first time on SATURDAY 22 OCTOBER 2011 to rave reviews and raised £4000 for Oxfam. To get a feel for it have a look to see what it was like in 2011 at http://www.flickr.com/photos/oxjamcambridge/sets/72157628134167464/
