We at the East Dulwich Nanny Agency are keen to celebrate Chinese New Year with a fun event for all the family...
This will take place on Saturday 9th February, 1-3pm at The Plough (Barry Road / Lordship Lane SE22, close to Dulwich Library) and will be a ticketed event (no physical tickets but your names will be down on a guestlist once tickets have been purchased).
Childen are invited to wear RED (symbolising good luck & happiness!), something Chinese-style, or anything brightly coloured!
There will be activities for the children:
Snake sock puppets
Colouring in
Puzzles
Mask making
Lantern making
Dragon pinata
Every child will receive a toy snake, a Chinese fan OR a red envelope with choc coin (symbol of good luck).
Snacks will be provided by The Plough but full meals and drinks will also be available at the bar.
There is also a garden if the weather is nice enough for the children to play in.
Tickets are just £4 each (£3 for siblings, babies & adults free of charge).
All profits will be donated to charity.
