Award winning saxophonist/composer Ed Jones leading a new quartet featuring some of the brightest young talents on the UK Jazz Scene.
A leading British jazz figure for over 20 years, and best known for his cross-genre group Killer Shrimp (Co led with Damon Brown) mixing jazz, electronica and contemporary dance grooves (Best Live Jazz Group Parliamentary Jazz Awards 2007).
This latest project marks a return to a purely acoustic ensemble and will be his first solo release in over a decade. On a short UK tour this month, tonight the Quartet will be performing and recording new compositions for an album release later this year.
