Braga Tanga create an exotic mix of world folk music, a host of mesmerising melodies including Eastern European gypsy tunes played on accordion, clarinet, violin and upright bass.
Their live performances are a true musical journey delivered with passion and dexterity.
They were the house band at Eden Project’s winter celebrations and regularly tour Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire, West Sussex and Wiltshire via the rural touring schemes, and many festivals. Accordionist Jim Carey has created inspirational music for the likes of Cornwall’s Kneehigh and Miracle Theatre Companies.
