Funk, Soul and groove jazz combine in this band led by guitar maestro Eddie Roberts, of acclaimed funk band ‘The New Mastersounds’
On the heels of an acclaimed album ‘Its About Time’ the band make their UK debut at this gig. In the USA the band have been receiving rave reviews for their incendiary live performances.

Led by Roberts the band features a stellar lineup of musicians including New Orleans mainstays Jermal Waston on the drums (‘Dirty Dozen Brass Band’) and Joe Ashler on the B3, as well as in demand San Francisco sax player Joe Choen and Mike Olmos on Trumpet, who has played with the likes of Etta James.

DOM PIPKIN
Dom is one of the UK’s leading New Orleans style piano players…his style developed out of a love of the likes of James Booker and Professor Longhair. His band ‘Dom and the Ikos’ is a mainstay of the London music scene. Dom is also keyboard player in the band of the hugely successful Paloma Faith, with whom he records and tours all over the world. Dom has played with a who’s who of the music industry including Ray Davis, David Byrne and Jon Cleary.

CORRINA GREYSON –Renowned soul singer and DJ Corrina Greyson will spin sets of rare funk and soul to both start and close what promises to be a superb night.
