HERE COMES SUMMER WITH TOP UK GUITARIST

LEADING UK concert guitarist Richard Durrant will be keeping everyone's sunny side up with a special midsummer recital.
And he is also releasing a download single next month to help send a group of teenagers on the cultural and educational trip of a lifetime.
Durrant's summer performance at Upfront Gallery, Nr Hutton-in-the Forest, Penrith CA11 9TG on Saturday, 15th June, includes one of the most popular concertos of the 20th century.
Rodrigo's Concierto di Aranjuez has been specially arranged by Durrant for guitar and piano. He will also be joined by world-renowned keyboard virtuoso and ex-Red Priest member Howard Beach for a guitar and harpsichord arrangement of Vivaldi's Violin Concerto.
Other sun-drenched music from Spain and Latin America and a collection of folk tunes played on guitar and laptop will complete the concert, which starts at 8pm. A pre-gig supper from 6pm is available by booking in advance at Upfront. Tickets are available from Upfront 017684 84538
