Bastile Day spesh! The JFK's- The JFK's- Alternative-pop, with elements from many hrd rocking but commercially tinged ares of rocknroll music. All the choruses in all the songs are of the same singalong qulaity, and they sound a little like 30 Seconds To Mars. Bad ass choruses followed thru with good creative verses. This band could do something...from Paris. The Comet Line-'80's English indie rock, think The Smiths, The Cure and The Stranglers and you're there. Really really good. Nice melodies, nice tunes, great songcraft.
Fools Knowledge- a 2nd hand Kinks riff, a powerpop retro vocal to match and a perky little effort all round...'dynamic retro'..sounds about right, neat band, neat as you could wish.
Mark Joseph-nice soulful voice and a massive stadium filling sound, highly accomplished singer sogwriter with some pretty anthemic tunes and classy arrangements with a possible nod to Oasis or Stereophonics.
