Led by Aron Ottignon (piano) – Australia’s Bells Award Best Young
Jazz Musician of the Year 2003 – with Leon Brichard (bass), Jose
Josette (drums), and Sam Dubois (log drums/steel pans). Straight from
their gig at Monaco Jazz Festival Aronas will have you itching to be
on your feet with their ‘nu-jazz crossover’ of Pacific and West
Indian grooves. ’Culture Tunnels’ is the first recording by Aronas
and presents Aron’s original compositions in a way that will
invigorate dance music audiences with its driving rhythms and grooves
whilst continuing to impress the jazz lover. ‘...big gestures, fat
